Feta is one of my favorite cheeses, and it’s even better baked. For this easy appetizer, I put a block of feta in a dish with roasted tomatoes, olives and garlic tucked around it. I stir together olive oil with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and drizzle that over everything. I bake the cheese for 15 minutes or so and then give it a couple minutes under the broiler to turn golden.
